Quality & performance of our knitted fusible interfacing
This Lainière Paris fusible interfacing (reference 6129/T40) is distinguished by its exceptional lightness, with a featherweight of 17 g/m². Its 100% polyamide base and 40 mesh ensure absolute transparency and fineness, making it ideal for sheer and transparent fabrics. Its "Double Dot" coating ensures precise adhesion without any stiffness. Oekotex Class I certified, it meets the strictest textile safety requirements for direct contact with the skin. Its bi-stretch nature allows it to perfectly complement the fluidity of the most noble materials.
Applications
Specially designed to structure details with total discretion, this fusible interfacing is the go-to solution for the collars, cuffs, and plackets of blouses and evening gowns. It is perfectly suited for airy, "voile" fabrics requiring invisible support. For optimal results, it should be applied using a continuous press or plate press with a melting temperature between 121°C and 127°C.
