Quality & performance of our knitted fusible interfacing
This Lainière Paris fusible interfacing (reference SFK6019/23) is distinguished by its French manufacture and innovative composition incorporating 55% bio-based polyamide, combining high technicality with environmental respect. With a featherweight of 26 g/m² and a 23 mesh, it guarantees absolute transparency and fineness—ideal for thin to medium-weight fabrics. Its "Double Dot" coating ensures precise and durable adhesion. Oekotex Class I certified, it meets the strictest criteria for direct contact with the skin. Its bi-stretch nature allows it to perfectly accompany the fluidity and movement of the most noble fabrics.
Applications
Specially designed to structure details with total discretion, this fusible interfacing is the go-to solution for the collars, cuffs, and plackets of blouses and dresses. It is also perfectly suited for the lapels of lightweight jackets requiring invisible support. Its versatility allows it to adapt to thin non-transparent fabrics as well as medium-weight materials. For optimal results, it should be applied using a continuous press or plate press with a melting temperature between 121/127°C.
