This DHJ fusible interfacing (reference FT1640ES) is distinguished by a perfect balance between weight and flexibility with a grammage of 155 g/m². Its 100% cotton plain weave base, made from responsible fibers (BCI), guarantees ideal opacity for casual shirts. Thanks to a high-density (high melt) polyethylene powder dot coating, it ensures an extremely resistant bond, capable of withstanding intensive wash cycles without losing its properties. Its "extra soft" finish gives it a particularly soft hand, avoiding any excessive rigidity. REACH compliant, this product ensures consistent safety and quality across all of our production sites.

Specifically designed for the casual shirt segment, this fusible interfacing is the ideal solution for providing stable yet flexible hold to collars and cuffs. Its non-stretch structure allows for precise reinforcement that supports the garment over time while respecting its casual character. For optimal results, it can be applied using a continuous press or plate press.
