Quality & performance of our knitted fusible interfacing
This Lainière Paris fusible interfacing (reference SFK2646/23) is distinguished by its innovative design using a 100% recycled polyester base and a coating containing 60% bio-based polyamide. With a lightweight 37 g/m² and a 23 mesh, it offers perfect discretion and an ideal fineness for thin to medium-weight fabrics. Its "GMP Paste Dot" coating ensures precise and durable adhesion. Oekotex Class I certified, it guarantees the highest level of safety for direct contact with the skin, even the most sensitive.
Applications
Specially designed to structure garment details without stiffening them, this fusible interfacing is the go-to solution for the waistbands of trousers and skirts, as well as the collars and lapels of lightweight jackets. Its "weft-inserted" nature ensures perfect dimensional stability while following the movement of the fabric. For optimal results, it should be applied using a continuous press or plate press with a melting temperature between 121°C and 127°C.
